Statement of Understanding

In relation to social activities and diving in the sea or lake, I also declare the following:
a) to be in good physical condition suitable for practicing scuba diving (SCUBA) and freediving;
b) that I am fully aware of the dangers inherent in free-diving and scuba diving and that such activity may result in hyperbaric and non-hyperbaric injuries which may require treatment in a hyperbaric chamber or lead to my death;
c) to be aware that diving in the sea or lake can be carried out in places distant in terms of time and space from hyperbaric chambers or even in total lack of them and I accept these risks without reservation in order to participate in the diving;
d) to be aware that both free diving and scuba diving are physically tiring activities and that therefore efforts will be made during this practice and I could suffer injuries for various reasons which are indicated by way of example and not exhaustively such as cardiac pathologies, panic, hyperventilation, cramps, etc.;
e) I recognize that the terms of my declaration have contractual value and I sign on my own free initiative.

Associazione Sportiva ATLANTIDE diving school as Data Controller, informs that the e-mail address and other personal data provided voluntarily will be processed, following the granting of consent, for the sole purpose of responding to requests explicitly made .

The names and addresses used to send communications are processed using IT tools (without any particular processing), will not be communicated to third parties and will be used only for sending purposes.
